Lean In

Immerse yourself in breath powered movement to strengthen, stretch, and release tension and stress. Alchemical movement interlaces asana (yoga postures)and some of the other limbs of Yoga, lymphatic and self acupressure, some aerobic actions, and functional movement, guided by breath.
We’ll center, we’ll explore, and we’ll stay focused on our breathing and alignment to keep it safe. No props needed, the only weight we’ll be lifting is our body weight!
This 60 minute class meets weekly and is ideal for those with some movement experience.

( Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga Postures), and breath work. Examples: Ergonomic correcting session - stretches and practices to incorporate into your work day.

Stretch & Strength

Break a sweat with warm up, targeted movement, exercises and postures utilizing functional movement, isometric exercises, western anatomy, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga , Acu-Yoga
(Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga Postures), and breath work. Light (beginner), medium intermediate, and power flow (advanced) intensity is your choice.

Vinyasa Yoga

 A yoga class just for you of connected breath and asana (postures) linked in flowing movement. Light (beginner), medium intermediate), and power flow (advanced) intensity is your choice. Examples: relaxed energizing flow, intense grounding flow, beginning vinyasa flow, balanced digestion flow in light, medium or power intensity.

Hatha Yoga

Dynamic and static asana (posture) practices guided by breath. These sequences are intended to increase flexibility, improve circulation, tone the muscles and joints, release energy blocks and remove “stagnant” waste from different parts of the body. This practice has a subtle and powerful effect on the panic (energetic) and mental bodies.

Acu Yoga

Practice this self-healing system of exercises combining the two ancient healing systems of Acupressure and Hatha Yoga. Themes for classes vary depending on needs of student but can include: spinal flexibility, releasing/
relieving ‘forward head’ and rounded upper spine, immune boosting, balancing of endocrine system for menstruation and menopause symptoms, preventing and relieving upper extremity pain, migraines, fatigue, emotional balancing.

Yoga Nidra

YogaNidra, a Sanskrit term meaning "yogic sleep" is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. Also called "psychic sleep," YogaNidra is a state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed and the practitioner turns the awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions; much like a guided meditation. The class begins with yoga postures for rest and relaxation, followed by a guided 30 minute session. YogaNidra allows the practitioner to relax, recharge, rejuvenate, or finish the session in complete sleep.
